We had a fantastic Active Schools Week over the last ten days. We enjoyed taking part in lots of fun activities. We went for regular walks around the school field as well as Ballythomas Hill and made the most of every opportunity to get moving. The children loved taking part in All Stars activities, where they practised their skills and worked together as a team.
Although the weather wasn't always on our side, we did manage to keep active for the most part and our Active Schools Week concluded with Sports Day, where everyone enjoyed a variety of races and games. It was wonderful to see such great enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship from all of the children throughout the week. Well done to everyone for making Active Schools Week such a success!
